Faulty Items
If your projector arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or refund you. UK customers also keep their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; US customers keep their rights under applicable state law.
What is covered
Manufacturing faults in the projector or its included parts. Accidental damage and misuse are not covered.

Keep your order confirmation email — it is your proof of purchase.
How to report a fault
Email hello@evelon-uk.biz with your order number, a short description and a photo or video if possible.
