2. Data we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone, items purchased.
- Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, strictly necessary cookies.
3. Legal basis
Contract performance (order fulfilment), legal obligation (tax records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention). GDPR Art. 6(1)(b),(c),(f); LGPD Art. 7, V, II, IX.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to deliver your order: Stripe (payments), our delivery carrier, and our email provider. No data is sold.
5. Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and consumer-protection obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Write to privacy@evelon-uk.biz. UK residents may complain to the ICO; Brazilian residents to the ANPD.
7. Cookies
Strictly-necessary cookies and local storage are used to run the shopping session and checkout. Advertising and measurement cookies (Google Ads) are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, Google's tags run in a consent-denied mode and do not store advertising identifiers. Campaign parameters such as gclid or utm_source, when present in the link you arrive from, are stored in your browser's local storage to measure campaigns; they contain no personal data.
